Sustainability Portfolio. He is the Head of Lion of Yuda Ministries, where he provides spiritual leadership, community mentorship, and social outreach programs focused on vulnerable families and youth.
A trained theologian with academic grounding in Human Psychology, Pastor Joseph brings a unique blend of faith-based leadership and psychosocial insight to CAFHED’s governance. His theological training equips him with strong ethical foundations, values-driven leadership, and community mobilization skills, while his background in psychology enhances his understanding of human behavior, trauma, resilience, and social dynamics. This integrated expertise is particularly relevant to CAFHED’s Maternal, Child Health (MCH) and Early Childhood Development (ECD) programs, which support children with disabilities, vulnerable young mothers, and adolescent girls facing early and unintended pregnancies.
Pastor Joseph’s experience in counseling and mentorship enables him to guide holistic interventions that address not only physical health needs but also emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial well-being. He is especially impactful in supporting young girls who experience stigma, rejection, or trauma due to early pregnancy, helping design compassionate reintegration pathways that restore dignity and hope. His understanding of disability inclusion further strengthens CAFHED’s commitment to equitable and inclusive programming for children with special needs and their caregivers.
As Head of Sustainability, Pastor Joseph champions long-term community ownership, local resource mobilization, and values-based partnerships. He promotes faith-community engagement as a strategic pillar for program continuity and social accountability. Through his leadership, CAFHED strengthens its grassroots networks, enhances community trust, and embeds resilience within its health and development initiatives.
Pastor Joseph brings moral clarity, psychosocial competence, and sustainability-focused leadership, reinforcing CAFHED’s mission to deliver inclusive, compassionate, and communitydriven health and development solutions.
